Our academic mission

The Study has a proud tradition of providing the finest education for girls from Kindergarten to Grade 11. Our objective is to nurture the intellectual, emotional, moral and social growth of every Study girl and we are committed to supporting our students, parents, staff and community.

Throughout its history, The Study has been guided by the legacy of its founder Margaret Gascoigne, who believed that girls should be taught "things that really matter". Although standards and criteria for education have changed significantly since The Study was founded in 1915, the school continues to foster excellence and leadership in young women. All students graduate with a Diplôme d'études secondaire from Quebec and go on to pursue post-secondary studies.
